Bio:

Maria has worked in the insurance industry for 24 years and has been with Acumen for one year as a personal lines insurance broker. 

She has a Diploma in Office Administration- Medical Field, from Mohawk college, and worked as a receptionist for 13 years before deciding to obtain her RIBO license. 

Maria chose to pursue a CSR role within the insurance industry since it enabled her to use her customer service expertise in new and dynamic situations. 

As a property and automobile insurance specialist, Maria loves studying new insurance products so that she can not only learn about new product offerings but also create customized, client-based solutions.
